Collection and Weighing
We source plastic waste materials from a network of waste pickers and waste collection companies. When the materials arrive at our facility, they are first weighed on our weighbridge to determine incoming volume and help maintain inventory records.

Sorting
Next, the materials are moved to our Sorting Department, where they are categorized into five distinct types:

Polypropylene (PP) | Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) |  High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) | Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)

Crushing and Shredding

Once sorted, the plastics are transferred to our Crusher Department. Here, the selected materials are crushed and shredded into smaller pieces.

Washing
In our Wash Bay, the shredded material undergoes an extensive cleaning process:

First Wash Bay: The material is thoroughly washed over a 12-meter wash line. Powerful blowers help remove impurities, preparing it for additional cleaning.

Second Wash Bay: The material travels through an additional 20-meter wash line for a deeper cleanse. After this second wash, the plastic is dried and further blown into the Blowing Area, ensuring it’s ready for final processing.

Extrusion and Pelletizing
The cleaned and dried material is then fed through a hopper into our Extruder. In this stage, the plastic is melted and transformed into pellets, ready for various industrial applications. Our advanced extrusion technology ensures consistent pellet size and quality.

Bagging and Packaging
The final pellets are bagged according to customer preferences, either in Bulk Bags or in smaller 25 kg bags. This flexibility allows us to meet the diverse needs of our clients, whether they require bulk quantities for large-scale production or smaller packages for specific applications.
